We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Data Analyst to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in analysing complex datasets solving business challenges and ensuring smooth project execution. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to dive into the tech industry from a commercial angle and wants to be a meaningful part of STRATOS success.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Own the data flow: Understand and navigate complex customer data structures ensuring accuracy completeness and integrity for smooth platform integration working with our data team.
- Turn data into insights: Analyse large datasets to uncover business insights and opportunities.
- Be the bridge: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to jointly solve our customers most strategic problems; act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.Lead with ownership: Manage end-to-end data operations for key accounts to ensure reliability scalability and flawless day-to-day execution ensuring quality check before delivering product to customer.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in business Economics Data Science or a STEM-related field from a top university.
- Previous experience in consulting B2B companies startups or tech firms.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL; basic knowledge of Python and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.
- A problem-solver and strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment; project management experience is a plus.
