Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a passion for marketing and a knack for building relationships with small business owners startups and influencers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads via online and offline channels
  • Pitch Klickzy s service packs to potential clients (Buzz Pack Creator Lab WhatsApp Engine etc.)
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings (in-person & virtual)
  • Collaborate with the CEO and creative team to tailor offerings
  • Manage CRM updates and maintain a structured sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly targets and report progress weekly
  • Gather market insights and recommend new growth strategies

Qualifications

  • 1 3 years of experience in sales business development or agency client acquisition
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi/Odia)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads
  • Comfortable with using social media and digital tools for outreach
  • Passion for startups content and digital growth
  • Prior experience in a marketing agency is a plus
