Perform daily networking tasks to ensure the networks reliability availability and serviceability with minimal disruptions.
Provide end-user technical support including troubleshooting issues related to software hardware and network connectivity.
Configure maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure components such as firewalls routers switches Wi-Fi controllers and access points (APs).
Monitor and manage LAN/WAN environments using network monitoring tools to ensure performance aligns with defined thresholds and Quality of Service (QoS) standards.
Demonstrate hands-on experience in routing and switching especially with Cisco network equipment.
