Galserv (part of the NEPEAN Building and Infrastructure portfolio) has provided Hot-Dip Galvanising services in Sydney since 1963 and is currently one of the largest Hot-Dip Galvanisers in Australia and a founding member of the Galvanizers Association of Australia.

Our Opportunity

Galserv are looking for a customer-orientated service coordinator who values quality and will proactively drive internal sales. You will join a business with proven track record of internal career development. This position is a full-time opportunity based in Yagoona NSW.

Your daily duties will include but are not limited to:

Invoicing credits & communicating client job status.

  • Qualify project leads by liaising with customers and partnering with our internal/external sales teams.
  • Providing product and services information to resolve emerging client problems.
  • Provide key internal stakeholders with market analysis included trends competitors activities customer feedback and more.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and the General Manager to support the development of new business.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes and practices in an evolving business environment.

The RightPerson

This position is ideal for a customer service professional with exposure to or willingness to learn how to operate within an internal sales position. You will also have:

  • Degree or diploma in Business/Business Admin highly regarded.
  • 3 years previous experience within a customer service position.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to deal with competing deadlines.
  • Ideally some exposure to working within budgets and sales environments.
