As a Customer Advisor youll be the first point of contact for our clients supporting them across email phone and digital platforms.

Your Role Supporting Our Customers
- Be the friendly professional voice for customers across multiple channels.
- Provide expert advice on our product range to help customers make informed decisions.
- Accurately process sample orders working closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer queries and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehousing supply chain) to track and manage orders.
- Share insights to support excellent service and product knowledge.
What Youll Bring Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service ideally in a product or manufacturing setting.
- Strong communication skills clear professional and customer-focused.
- Comfortable with CRM systems order management tools and general IT applications.
- Organised adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities.
- A collaborative mindset ready to work cross-functionally and solve problems.
