I am looking for Automotive Service Advisors for various Dealerships across Sydney.

Hills (Blacktown to Pennant Hills)
North Shore (Artarmon to Hornsby)
Northern Beaches
CBD Eastern Suburbs
South Sydney Bankstown & Sutherland areas
Experienced Advisors OTE$90K - $120K
As an integral part of the Dealership you will be the Face & Voice of the Service Centre with direct Customer contact you have to be focused on premium service standards as well as maximising profitability for the Service Centre. You will need to have previous Automotive experience to be considered for this role. This is a fast paced environment where you need to proficiently assess Service requirements & Repairs for the vehicle provide accurate Quotes on work needed liaise with Parts & Mechanics for repair time estimates and effectively communicate progress to the satisfaction of the Client.
Customer Service standards are of high priority & for many roles are valued as your KPIs.
You will be supported by a well structured Management Team & will have the opportunity to be provided additional training to advance your Career.

- Previous Experience as a Automotive Service Adviser within a Dealership
- Excellent Communication Customer Service & Negotiation Skills
- Team Player as well as being able to work autonomously
- Mechanical knowledge & Background advantageous
- High attention to detail & computer literate
- History of achieving/exceeding Targets
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
On Offer is a Base Salary Negotiable dependent on Experience Super Car OR Allowance Uncapped Commissions up to OTE$120K
