What youll be doing
As a Fraud Operations Team Manager youll play a key role in safeguarding Satispay and our users from financial losses while ensuring a seamless user experience by leading our Fraud Operations team in Luxembourg. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:
Team leadership and development By leading mentoring and developing a team of Fraud Operations Analysts fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Operational oversight and optimization By overseeing daily fraud operations optimizing workflows improving alert quality and ensuring adherence to policies.
Strategy development and implementation By contributing to the development and implementation of fraud prevention strategies aligned with Satispays risk appetite.
Chargeback and dispute management By taking ownership of the chargeback and dispute resolution process ensuring timely handling and implementing preventative measures.
Driving technological advancement By championing the teams transition towards technology-driven fraud prevention collaborating on the implementation of advanced analytical tools. Relevant experience & fraud expertise With 3 years in a management role within fraud prevention in fintech or a high-growth scale-up including payments operations and strategy development.
Leadership & strategic mindset With a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
Analytical & problem-solving skills With the ability to interpret complex data identify fraud patterns and translate insights into strategic actions in a fast-paced environment.
Innovation & user focus With a drive to challenge traditional approaches and push for creative user-centric fraud prevention solutions.
Communication & language skills With excellent open communication skills and fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or other European languages is a plus. Dont worry if you dont tick every box.
