At Wolt were constantly working to make our app more relevant and engaging in every city and neighborhood we operate in. To support this were looking for a part-time student worker to join our local content team. This is a hybrid role (partly in-office partly remote) working 20 hours per week and is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving cross-functional environment.

What youll be doing

As a Local Content Assistant youll support our team in curating updating and managing in-app content that reflects the unique character of neighborhoods and cities across Germany. Youll help shape how users experience Wolt based on where they are whats happening locally and whats trending nearby. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to build a foundational understanding of marketing content strategy and analytics.

Day-to-day in this role youll:

• Citywide Content Management: Help write organize and update local content within the Wolt app for a set of cities ensuring it is relevant timely and error-free in all neighborhoods
• Creative Writing: Draft short engaging and informative text for various in-app content placements with a local flavor.
• Quality Assurance: Review and proofread app content to catch inconsistencies typos or formatting issues.
• Project Support: Assist in the planning and rollout of content initiatives across different cities and neighborhoods.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with account managers the promos and discounts team and marketing colleagues to execute content updates and campaigns.
• Analytics Learning: Learn how to read and interpret basic marketing and content performance metrics (dont worrywell teach you!).

Our humble expectations

• Currently enrolled in a university program preferably with at least 1 year remaining.
• Strong communication and writing skills and a knack for local storytelling or community-based thinking.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detailyou enjoy working systematically and keeping things tidy.
• Creative mindset and a desire to contribute and test ideas not just follow instructions.
• Curious about marketing and eager to learn how it works in practice.
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently with guidance.
• Comfortable working in both remote and office settings.
• Fluent in English and German.

Next steps

Well have a 2-part interview process. First youll meet Germany Retention Marketing Lead for an initial interview. After that if we all agree to continue youll be given a short assignment to complete and then will present it to the German Retention Team.
