Job Description

Job Summary:

Mission Multiplier is currently seeking a Network Administrator Senior to support our AF LOGNET contract. Candidates must have a current Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one. This position serves as Air Mobility Command (AMC) A4 Client Support Administrator (CSA) for NIPR/SIPR.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage LOGNET Information Technology (IT) contract personnel:
    • Maintains work and on-call schedules
    • Maintains duties and responsibilities and oversees team members
  • Manages and oversees tasking of Technical Support Services Information Technology Equipment Custodian and Executive Communication Support to include Central Server Administration.
  • Performs Cybersecurity duties as Trusted Information Assurance Officer (IAO) agent providing technical advice to the unit Cybersecurity Liaison Officer (CLO). Assist and conducts TEMPEST requirements.
  • Serves as A4 CSA for NIPR/SIPR and Functional Systems Administrator (FSA) backup for HQ AMC/A4 systems only
  • Directs all approved IT related projects as required within the scope of the contract to include communicating with Program Manager and government customers regarding planning and other requirements.
  • Analyzes current and future information technology requirements for security and functionality and make recommendations as needed.
  • Ensures that all IT personnel adhere to company or organizational policies
  • Manage all hardware software and IT infrastructure necessary for the organization.
  • Prepare monthly deliverables i.e. Hardware and Software reporting to LOGNET Program Manager.
  • Prepare weekly Tag-Up meeting for the government customers.
  • Manage correspondence from AF Enterprise for current and future IT requirements and compliance to include extract monthly non-compliance reports of user service organizational group computer and administrator accounts; ensures the organization is in-compliance.
  • Attend meetings and prepare correspondence as required to inform users on current and future IT related events and projects which will impact on the organization.
  • Manage Laptop/desktop setup and support both unclassified and classified environment
  • Manage maintenance updates records and tracking databases of mobile devices
  • Manage in/out processing for in-bound and out-bound users for AMC/A4
  • Manage assistance to users with government Virtual Private Network (VPN) access and other AF approved software and application service
  • Manage assistance with inventory and asset management for all IT equipment

Qualifications:

  • Current active or ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
  • Bachelors degree and 5-10 years related experience.
  • Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Certification (CompTIA Security CE) or equivalent IAW DoD 8140 requirements.
  • Operating Systems (OS) Certification (Windows 11 OS etc.)
  • Experience with creating and managing desktop/laptop images.
  • Knowledge of general hardware and software maintenance and configuration trouble ticket database configuration general clerical procedures and experience in office management is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Basic Windows PowerShell
