Role Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through online channels such as job boards and social media.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and recruitment processes.
  • Organize and conduct recruitment drives and job fairs.
  • Maintain a database of candidates for future recruitment needs.
  • Support onboarding processes by coordinating new hire documentation.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on performance and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions affecting recruitment.
  • Assist in developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Handle salary negotiations and employment offers.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a non-IT environment.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing and interviewing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidates qualifications.
  • Negotiation skills to finalize job offers.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of various recruitment methods and strategies.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
