Role Responsibilities

- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and recruitment processes.
- Organize and conduct recruitment drives and job fairs.
- Maintain a database of candidates for future recruitment needs.
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating new hire documentation.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on performance and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions affecting recruitment.
- Assist in developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Handle salary negotiations and employment offers.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a non-IT environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing and interviewing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidates qualifications.
- Negotiation skills to finalize job offers.
- Willingness to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of various recruitment methods and strategies.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
