Duties & Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities:
o Applications Implementation and Support:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Zoho applications across business functions.
- Gather analyze and document complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and optimize business workflows using Zoho tools ensuring scalability usability and compliance.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders technical teams and external vendors.
- Drive process automation system integration and performance improvements using Zoho Creator Deluge scripting and custom modules.
- Create and manage reports dashboards and analytics to support leadership decision-making.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) data migration and change management activities.
- Provide expert-level support training and guidance to end users and junior analysts.
- Evaluate and prioritize business requests ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and IT governance.
- Stay up to date with Zoho platform updates and industry best practices proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.
o Communication and Design:
- Identify organizational need for new applications.
- prepare technical specification as a roadmap for software.
- Implement test and integrate new applications.
- Perform routine system backups and upgrades.
- Install new operation systems and releases.
- Monitor record and respond to requests for support.
- Investigate and diagnose system faults and errors.
- resolve technical issues.
- Analyze error trends aimed at reducing or minimizing down time.
- Liaise with software suppliers to fulfil the requirements of the organization.
- manage storage servers.
- Schedule and run regular tests to enhance the current systems and applications.
- Identify and develop functionality changes.
- Maintain documentation of key databases and linked applications.
Financial Responsibilities:
o Financial Analysis:
- Tracking expenses forecasting costs and ensuring that spending is in line with budget targets.
- Ensure that financial applications comply with regulatory requirements industry standards and internal policies.
Team Management Responsibilities:
o Providing Feedback:
- Ensuring that the team follows all applicable policies and procedures and resolving any issues that arise.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Customer Services Responsibilities:
o Performance Management:
- Communicate with users when needed.
- Communicate messages regarding systems issues to users promptly.
- Answering questions about how to use the application troubleshooting problems or providing training.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field
Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience Business Analyst with at least 3 years hands-on experience implementing and managing Zoho applications.
Strong expertise in Zoho CRM Zoho People Zoho Creator.
Advanced understanding of Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs for integration and customization.
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
Excellent problem-solving documentation and presentation skills.
Ability to balance technical knowledge with business strategy and operational needs.
Certificates:
- Professional certification Exposure to technologies such as Microsoft C# T-SQL jQuery and Visual Studio and SQL Management Studio.
