Job Description

As a Business Analyst in the Client Onboarding Strategy team you will be instrumental in developing data-driven strategies for senior management. Your responsibilities include analyzing data creating reports and dashboards implementing controls and ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies and improve reporting processes. Utilize your programming and automation skills along with your strong analytical acumen to drive informed decision-making. Job Responsibilities
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports to support global Client Onboarding activities and participate in special projects as requested.
- Participate in the design and development of dashboards that lead to data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities to automate current processes and controls.
- Ensure client records are compliant with applicable requirements with focus on process improvements.
- Precisely share the information with the right audience and understand the business needs in order to anticipate data requirements.
Required qualifications
- University degree (Engineering Computer Science Actuarial Science Economy Business Administration or equivalent).
- Fluent in English is mandatory both written and verbally. Other languages are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages is required (Python SQL).
- Data visualization skills proved experience with Tableau Qlik or Power BI.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide timely and accurate support.
- Highly organized and proactive with effective problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
- Capable of working under pressure adapting to change and managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
