ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of our client a leading multinational bank is seeking a Holdings Operations Representative.

Location: Athens

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 17:00

Contract Type: Fixed term

What you will do:

You will be responsible for supporting the Greece Holdings Operations team by reviewing internal systems and processing requests from public authorities customers and heirs. Your duties include preparing and entering accurate data and documentation for further review and approval. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance quality and efficient operations.

More specifically:

  • Process and fulfill operational requests received from public authorities and customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Gather compile and input relevant data in internal systems as per defined procedures
  • Ensure requests are handled in compliance with applicable policies legal guidelines and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders (e.g. Legal Compliance Technology) to gather necessary information
  • Maintain clear and well-organized records of all processed requests for audit and compliance purposes
  • Flag any discrepancies or unusual patterns in requests for further investigation
  • Follow the dual-control process by ensuring all tasks are completed accurately before being submitted for review and approval
  • Assist in updating process documentation and workflows when required

What we are looking for :

  • Bachelors degree ideally in a related field
  • 13 years of experience in operations administration or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel Word Outlook)
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • High attention to detail strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; strong sense of teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under time pressure
