The Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of Washington is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Plastic Surgeon with fellowship training or equivalent experience in Microsurgery to join our dynamic faculty. About Our Division: UW Plastic Surgery consists of 15 plastic surgeons three advanced practice providers three fellows and 28 integrated plastic surgery residents in a fully accredited training program. We serve as the primary resource for the WWAMI region (Washington Wyoming Alaska Montana and Idaho) affording us the opportunity to grow high-complexity surgical programs. Our division works across the full spectrum of institutions including an expanding quaternary referral center a busy Level 1 trauma center a world-leading childrens hospital a vibrant community hospital and a major regional Veterans Affairs medical center. Our cancer care and research benefit from strong partnership with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Base salaries at all ranks will be commensurate with candidate experience and qualifications or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination. This range is inclusive of base salary provided through the University of Washington Physicians (UWP) practice plan in addition to base salary provided by the University. Other compensation associated with this position includes clinical productivity incentives through UWP. Please note that only compensation provided by the University is included in university benefit determinations and calculations. Compensation provided by UWP practice plan may provide eligibility for separate benefits offered by that organization.
