Job Description
Were looking for an experienced QA Tester with strong skills in testing Salesforce Communications Cloud applications and solid knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner a strong team player and has a deep understanding of telecom business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional regression and end-to-end testing for Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions.
- Understand telecom-specific workflows and validate system behavior against business requirements.
- Quickly learn new features and functionalities to support fast-paced project timelines.
- Write clear and detailed test scripts based on business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with developers analysts QA team members and vendors to prepare and execute tests.
- Support and mentor team members when needed fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications :
- Solid experience in Quality Assurance especially in Salesforce environments.
- Deep understanding of the telecommunications sector.
- Proven ability to write clear objective and business-aligned test scripts.
- Fast learner able to adapt to new features and tight project deadlines.
- Proactive detail-oriented and focused on delivering real value to the client.
- Strong team spirit with a willingness to collaborate support and guide colleagues.
