Job Description
Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst - Controlling
Location: Bian Laguna
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance or controlling role ideally in a manufacturing environment/industry.
- Experience with ERP systems; Infor LN experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience in FP&A budgeting forecasting and cost analysis support.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance Manager in budgeting forecasting and cost analysis.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify areas for operational efficiency.
- Assist in setting up and documenting finance and controlling processes.
- Perform variance analysis and provide strategic insights to management.
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders including the Finance Controller in China.
- Work closely with Manufacturing and Logistics teams to ensure accurate cost reporting.
- Utilize ERP system (Infor LN) for financial data extraction and reporting.
