Job Description

Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) Audio Equipment Remote from Spain or Hybrid (Barcelona)

Location: Remote from anywhere in Spain OR Hybrid from our Barcelona office
Languages: German (C2/native) English (B2)

Contract: Full-time (39 hrs/week) Temporary

Schedule: Monday to Friday rotating shifts between 09:00 and 20:00

Salary: 19634 gross/year up to 1920 gross/year in performance bonus

Office Address (optional hybrid): C/ de la Selva de Mar 129 Barcelona

What Youll Do

As a Customer Service Representative your mission is to provide outstanding support to users of high-end audio equipment and software.

You will:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone/email/chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues requiring deeper technical expertise

  • Handle requests related to advanced apps and devices like SoundTouch and Bose Music

  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and support documentation

  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their cases


What Were Looking For

Youre a great fit if you:

  • Are bilingual or native in German with an advanced level of English

  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Bring IT knowledge in signal path connectivity wireless networking live music and AV products

  • Are comfortable with both Windows and Mac OS environments

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service ideally in technical support

  • Can stay cool under pressure and collaborate well in a team
