The Role
As the Senior Unit Coordinator you will be responsible for providing high level planning resourcing and administration support to the Capital City Network Audio division. The role is a fixed term 18month contract working two days per week (Thursday and Friday) job share arrangement and flexibility to work ad hoc extra days to cover absences would be appreciated.
You will prepare and coordinate staff engagements and contracts organise meetings managing office supplies and equipment and support the delivery of live events and key initiatives. Youll also coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements including preparation of travel proposals costings and logistics.
You will undertake finance administration activities includingmonitoring budget performance and forecasting.
Youll lead develop and maintain rostering best practice within your team utilising Internal HR Systems and SAP to maintain accurate timesheets.

About You
You will have exceptional administrative and logistical skills with an aptitude for accuracy including advanced computer skills and ability to use a range of software applications including UKG and SAP Finance.
Youll have general experience in rostering time and attendance systems and experience in operational rostering and time and attendance management with a deep knowledge of scheduling tools and practices.
Youre highly organised dedicated reliable and keen to learn. You work collaboratively with teams and are a confident communicator with external stakeholders and diverse groups across all levels of the organisation. You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities to ensure timely completion of work.
