Job Summary
- Perform daily inspections maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical equipment on production lines to ensure continuous and stable operation.
- Execute preventive maintenance plans record equipment performance data and analyze potential risks.
- Assist engineers in equipment modifications debugging and new equipment installation/acceptance.
- Conduct components replacements or circuit repairs based on mechanical drawings or simple electrical schematics (e.g. PLC wiring diagrams).
- Prepare maintenance reports spare parts lists and organize technical documentation (including basic interpretation of English equipment manuals).
- Strictly adhere to safety operating procedures and participate in on-site 5S management and operator training.
- Complete additional duties assigned by leadership.
- Comply with the ESH laws and regulations and internal ESH rules/instructions actively participate in safety trainings identify and take improvement actions to reduce or eliminate the risk/ hazard.

- Minimum 2 years of equipment maintenance experience in a factory environment;
- proficiency with common tools (e.g. multimeters).
- Technical Drawing Literacy: Ability to independently interpret mechanical assembly drawings and electrical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills ability to work under pressure and excellent team collaboration.
- Preferred: Electrician Certificate experience in automated production line maintenance.
- Vocational diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering Automation Mechatronics or related fields.
- English Proficiency: Capable of understanding equipment terminology (e.g. operation interfaces safety labels) with the aid of reference materials.
