Location: Larkfield ME20
Salary: OTE 35000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

Were seeking a dynamic enthusiastic and experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful and well-respected independent estate agency based in Larkfield Kent.

Youll be working with a team that prides itself on professionalism local knowledge and delivering exceptional service.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Supporting clients through the sales process
- Prospecting and generating new business
- Assisting with property valuations and listings
- Building strong client relationships
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous residential sales experience (essential)
- Valuation and listing experience (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Knowledge of Larkfield and the surrounding area (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (essential) own car preferred
- Well-presented professional and confident
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- High standard of customer service and telephone manner
