Position: HVAC Service Manager
Location: Little Havana
Salary: $65000 $80000 annually commissions

We are a well-established HVAC company serving both residential and commercial clients. Our operations are based in Little HavanaMiami FL and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) HVAC Service Manager with strong leadership skills technical expertise and proven experience managing service operations. This role involves overseeing daily shop and field operations coordinating technicians ensuring quality control and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
Morning Duties:
- Arrive before technicians open the shop and perform a walkthrough.
- Check warehouse and vehicle inventory; ensure vans are stocked and organized.
- Stage materials for todays and tomorrows installations.
- Review prior days service reports and follow up on pending work orders invoices and estimates.
- Coordinate technician dispatch and clarify job instructions.
Midday Duties:
- Answer incoming office calls to assist dispatch.
- Supervise fieldwork assist technicians and ensure quality control.
- Verify parts used and confirm parts needed for upcoming jobs.
- Place orders with suppliers for parts and equipment.
- Visit customers to strengthen relationships and promote services.
Sales & Management Duties:
- Prepare estimates and proposals for customers.
- Track sales opportunities and follow up on pending quotes.
- Manage vehicle maintenance and ensure shop tools and equipment are operational.
End-of-Day Duties:
- Conduct a review with technicians confirm job completions and address pending issues.
- Secure all gates doors and storage areas.
- Shut down shop systems.
- Provide daily updates to the owner or operations lead.
Requirements
Requirements:
- EPA Certification
- Clean Drivers License
- Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish
- Proven experience in HVAC service management or a related supervisory role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Hands-on technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components
