Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect develop and close deals with import/export clients.
- Manage and grow an active account portfolio.
- Present comprehensive and cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Negotiate rates margins and commercial terms with a profit-driven approach.
- Collaborate with operations and traffic teams to ensure service compliance.
- Generate a minimum of USD $15000 in monthly profit to earn a 10% commission.
Requirements:
- Between 30 and 50 with professional maturity and executive presence.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding companies (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of international logistics processes and services (FCL LCL air land multimodal).
- Intermediate English level (at least technical reading and operational communication).
- Verifiable active client portfolio.
- Proficient in CRM and digital tools (Salesforce is a plus).
- Minimum education: Bachelors degree (related to commerce logistics business etc.).
