Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven HVAC Service Manager to join a growing air conditioning company based in Deerfield Beach Florida. This is a long-term and stable opportunity for a motivated professional with strong technical knowledge and leadership experience in the HVAC industry.
Salary: $75000 $85000/year Comissions

Tasks
esponsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of HVAC installation projects.
- Lead and support a team of technicians and office personnel.
- Oversee project planning scheduling and execution to ensure timely installations.
- Prepare accurate and detailed sales proposals and manage project closeouts.
- Monitor job progress and ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with clients to provide excellent service and resolve issues.
- Manage employee schedules and job assignments using internal systems.
- Work closely with the sales and installation departments to meet business goals.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience especially in installation.
- Previous experience in a management or leadership role in the HVAC industry.
- Strong background in sales operations including proposals and closeouts.
- Proficient in computer systems and software related to scheduling and quoting.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
