The Opportunity
As theSenior Corporate Finance Applications Analystat Dexus youll enhance the performance and adoption of our core financial systemsYardi and TM1. Reporting to theSenior Manager Corporate Finance Applications youll work within theCorporate Technology and Infrastructureteam partnering with Finance and Business stakeholders to deliver system improvements resolve technical issues and translate business needs into effective solutions. Youll be part of a collaborative forward-thinking environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive effective use of Yardi and TM1 through training support and system health checks
- Lead end-to-end delivery of system enhancements
- Translate business requirements into practical value-adding technical solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through forums and feedback channels
- Maintain system documentation and support smooth transition of updates to BAU
About You
Youre a proactive and collaborative problem-solver with a passion for driving system improvements and enabling business success. With strong communication skills and a knack for translating technical concepts into clear business language you thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy working with stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience with Yardi and TM1 including configuration reporting and enhancements
- Strong understanding of finance processes and data structures ideally within property or investment management
- Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Asana Confluence and automation platforms (e.g. WalkMe Automate Anywhere)
- Demonstrated ability to manage enhancement pipelines lead training initiatives and document technical solutions
