Reporting directly to the Power Platform Team Lead the Microsoft 365 Solutions Leadwill be responsible for ensuring our suite of Microsoft 365 tools SharePoint Power Platform and other online systems are optimised to improve processes enhance collaboration and support information governance.

You will lead the design and delivery of innovative digital solutions aligned to our enterprise architecture and strategic goals collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into practical sustainable outcomes.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position based in any of our Group Head Offices in Sydney Brisbane or Melbourne on a hybrid working arrangement 3 days a week in office and 2 days working from home.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Design develop and implement modern solutions using Microsoft 365 Power Platform SharePoint and other digital tools.

  • Lead the migration from on-premise to cloud platforms and future-proof SVHAs digital infrastructure.

  • Provide expert advice on digital communication platforms including intranet and web development projects.

  • Maintain strong alignment with SVHAs digital strategy and regulatory frameworks.

  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships across clinical corporate and aged care divisions.

  • Drive continuous improvement through metrics documentation vendor management and performance reporting.

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team with a focus on capability building values-driven culture and professional growth.

Strategic Management

  • Align Microsoft 365 apps and services with SVHAs broader enterprise architecture vision and digital roadmap.

  • Drive digital transformation by leading the design and deployment of scalable future-proof digital solutions promoting a culture of innovation and improvement.

Service Delivery

  • Act as the bridge between business needs and technology implementation ensuring digital solutions meet functional and strategic requirements.

  • Ensure timely and high-quality resolution of service requests managing workloads queues and support metrics for the M365 Solutions team.

  • Oversee solution monitoring and availability ensuring continuity during peak periods and staff leave.

  • Coordinate vendor relationships ensuring performance meets SLA obligations and escalating issues where needed.

  • Maintain strong documentation and configuration management practices to support sustainability and knowledge transfer.

Power Platform and SharePoint Services

  • Lead the design development and implementation of custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.

  • Guide architecture planning and migration from on-premise to cloud platforms future-proofing infrastructure.

  • Review existing applications for risk and relevancy making recommendations for upgrades or replacements and promote solution design that aligns with best practices

  • Maintain legacy applications while developing strategies for transition or enhancement.

Web Development

  • Oversee technical delivery of intranet website and digital communication projects.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance communication marketing clinical finance and HR systems.

  • Conduct regular audits and testing to ensure web content remains current accurate and aligned with brand standards.

  • Provide guidance on security protocols digital media policy and content consistency.

  • Ensure digital presence aligns with organisational strategy and engagement objectives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as a change agent and digital advocate to enhance stakeholder capability and confidence in digital tools.

  • Help departments maximise the value of Microsoft 365 and online platforms through tailored collaborative solutions.

Human Resource Management

  • Lead support and grow a high-performing digital applications team aligned to SVHAs values and strategic direction.

  • Drive recruitment onboarding and staff development to build team capability and provide clear direction coaching feedback and formal performance reviews.

  • Foster collaboration across IT and business teams to support innovation and aligned outcomes.
