- Lead our Partner Experience Engineering team promoting collaboration and ensuring smooth project delivery through close coordination with other teams.
- Explore new ideas conduct research and contribute to proposals (RFCs). Work together with colleagues across teams to design and build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for innovative technical solutions.
- Be hands-on in developing new technologies and driving their implementation.
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to product managers and other stakeholders shaping solutions to both business and technical challenges.
- Guide the delivery process by applying agile principles helping the team stay focused and successful.
- Support your teams growth through feedback mentoring and regular check-ins celebrating progress and addressing challenges early.
- Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
This is what you bring to the table
- You bring around 10 years of experience in software engineering ideally with and TypeScript.
- You have at least 4 years of experience leading engineering teams both technically and in people development.
- Youre confident working across the full stack (frontend and backend) and enjoy building cloud-agnostic solutions.
- Youre familiar with public cloud services such as AWS Vercel Supabase GCP or Azure.
- You communicate clearly enjoy collaborating across teams and know how to motivate and empower others.
- Experience in insurance or finance is a plus but not a must.
