About the Role
Wolt Market is our own grocery store concept built to deliver a fast reliable and exceptional online grocery experience. As we expand Wolt Market in Romania were looking for a dedicated and hands-on Store Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day store operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will lead and inspire a team of Grocery Associates and Shift Leads ensuring operational excellence while meeting key performance targets. Youll be responsible for managing staff scheduling inventory freshness and safety standardsmaking sure our customers receive the best quality and service every day. You will also play a key role in building your team through recruitment and hiring decisions helping shape the stores culture and success.
What youll be doing
- Being responsible for the day-to-day store operations including staying on top of freshness inventory and stock management.
- Developing and improving the way our stores operate.
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-30 individuals. Create an environment where your colleagues can do their best work.
- Managing shift scheduling.
- Handling orders and order of the store.

- Previous leadership experience.
- Proactive and service-minded attitude.
- Tech savviness and ability to use different tech and data tools.
- Ability to work both during the day evenings and weekends.
- Data-driven and analytical.
- Experience from working in a grocery store is a plus.
- Fluent level of local language and English.
