A newly revamped convenience supermarket is seeking a senior Store Manager located in a key location of Dublin 18 to lead a team of 25 in a dynamic retail fresh food shop which is a flagship location for the brand and the group. This job would suit a highly ambitious Retail Manager who is sales-driven and has a strong business acumen with a proven independent retail background. As Store Manager you will play a critical role in driving commercial performance maintaining exceptional standards and inspiring a high-energy customer-focused team. Salary: up tobonus DOE Responsibilities for this Retail Store Manager Job:

• Oversee the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the retail store ensuring consistent delivery of high standards across all departments and overall premises.
• Drive the stores commercial performance by maximising profitability and sales while effectively controlling key cost areas such as waste shrinkage and labour.
• Lead and develop the team to deliver exceptional standards in merchandising customer service and hygiene maintaining and enhancing the brands reputation.
• Manage all HR and Health & Safety matters within the store ensuring full compliance with employment legislation company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements for this Retail Store Manager Job:

• Proven experience as a Retail Grocery Manager or senior Assistant Manager in a comparable retail food environment high turnover commercial and big box preferably with a minimum of 5 years in senior grocery management.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead develop and motivate teams including Assistant Managers Supervisors deli chargehands and other senior staff.
• Commercially astute with a track record of identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth managing costs effectively and leveraging supplier relationships to benefit the business.
• Solid working knowledge of Labour Law Health & Safety regulations HACCP and Consumer Law.
