What will you be doing

The Senior Account Manager builds solid relationships with and provides support to whole portfolio of Petcare clients. As Petcare Best Practice leader the Senior Manager handles all day-to-day servicing contributes to revenue goals and increases Circana penetration and value acknowledgment with key client contacts and is responsible to renew all contracts.

The senior account manager is also part of the team serving one the top client supporting the team director and directly facing the client and accountable for the clients overall satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enhance Circanas connection with Petcare Clients building strategic relationships based on value.
  • Manage and implement Circanas strategic approach to the client creating business insights and supporting day-to-day needs.
  • Contribute to team revenue and opportunity pipeline achieving commercial target on his/her client portfolio.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments and team members to bring the right solutions to the client.
  • Create high client satisfaction by managing expectations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Understand and communicate complex data in an easily digestible format.
  • Bring the voice of the client inside Circana with the intention to always keep high quality standards
  • Act as an internal client for the sake of the client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 8 years experience in client service research within market research (consumer POS custom and/or syndicated research) or trade marketing/ Consumer&Market insight functions in manufacturer companies
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions/insights using data.
  • Excellent presentation skills and understanding of the selling process.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn proprietary software/database applications.
  • Expert in all MS Office products- Excel PowerPoint Word.
  • Strong team player with open and curious/ open mindset
  • Flexible and problem solving approach
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Unify Solution (internal use only)
