Job Duties:

The Human Resources Operations Generalist provides administrative and operational support to the Department of Human Resources. Provides human resources (HR) information and support to a work unit regarding more than one HR functional area to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing. The position ensures efficient operations throughout the department maintains personnel files coordinates logistics and maintains data assists with development and maintenance of operational policies processes and procedures and serves as a representative of the department.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries (in person phone and email)

  • Manage front-desk operations including student staff scheduling and supervision

  • Maintain personnel records process HR transactions and support compliance audits

  • Administer FMLA Paid Parental Leave and I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification

  • Represent HR at campus events and contribute to policy and process improvement

  • Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain the HR office environment

Were looking for a detail-oriented service-minded professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR processes and compliance.
