We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team in Edison NJ. This role is critical to ensuring seamless organizational workflows by managing a diverse set of responsibilities including recruitment employee support benefits administration immigration processes and office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive highly organized and capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations:
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including preparing and tracking documentation.
    • Conduct background checks for new hires.
    • Support recruitment efforts including posting job ads screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries.
    • Assist with immigration processes ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Administrative Operations:
    • Coordinate shipping and tracking of company assets ensuring timely delivery and recovery when needed.
    • Set up and manage calendar invites for meetings interviews and other events.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative tasks.
    • Support office operations including vendor coordination inventory management and facility upkeep.
  • Employee Support:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries providing exceptional support to staff and leadership.
    • Ensure a positive employee experience through timely communication and problem resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in HR administrative operations or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook for calendar management) and asset tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of immigration processes and compliance regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees vendors and leadership.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with shipping logistics and asset management is highly desirable.
