Manage employee life cycle processes (onboarding to offboarding)
Maintain HR data accuracy in Workday (hires terminations transfers etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws via Workday
Process job changes promotions and organizational updates
Administer leave and attendance in alignment with policies
Support internal and external audits with HR data/reporting
Ensure timely documentation and record-keeping
Collaborate with Payroll HRBPs and other departments
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and systems
Monitor and maintain data confidentiality and integrity
