Were seeking an experienced Digital Media Analyst to join our team. This is an opportunity tobe a pivotal player on our analytics and paid media teams blending analytical expertise with curiosity and a knack for drawing actionable insights.

Youll shape campaigns through data analysis translate performance results into compelling stories and support internal and client teams with your insights. This position offers an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for data and digital advertising to grow in a fast-paced collaborative and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze campaign performance data across paid media channels such as Google Ads Meta and more to assess effectiveness and inform optimization.

• Develop and deliver clear actionable reports and dashboards leveraging tools like Google Data Studio Excel or similar platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends uncover insights and generate recommendations that bring measurable results to our clients.

• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences communicating complex concepts in compelling digestible ways.

• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in media tactics and processes driven by curiosity and a desire for constant learning.

• Stay current with digital marketing trends platform updates and industry best practices to ensure continued innovation for our clients.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and data fluency; comfortable navigating large data sets finding patterns and telling compelling stories from numbers.

• Proficiency with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Google Data Studio Tableau Excel).

• Hands-on experience with media platforms including but not limited to Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Strong communication skills; able to translate complex data into actionable insight for diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated curiosity and proactive approach to problem-solving; always looking for the why behind the what.

Perks Salary & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $90000 - 115000 USD. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and any potential offers will ultimately be determined based on experience education skill set and performance in the interview process.
