Come join Visas dynamic People Systems organization a team that is responsible for enhancing our systems and providing exceptional employee experiences.
As a Sr. Analyst Talent Management Systems you will be responsible for configuring designing optimizing and maintaining Visas Talent Management systems with a primary focus on Workday Talent modules (including Performance) and related external systems across a global organization. You will work closely with Talent Management stakeholders HR IT vendors and others to ensure our Talent Management platforms empower Visas people and leaders to excel develop and grow.
You will leverage your expertise in Talent Management systems to champion enhancements provide creative solutions and drive efficiency and effectiveness in talent processes and programs.

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $95400USD to $180650USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). If you are located in Colorado the estimated salary range for this position is $105900USD to $153550USD per year. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
