Job Description

*** ASSOCIATES DEGREE REQUIRED; BACHELORS PREFERRED

*** PLEASE NOTE - Start time 9:00AM ET. We may need candidate to be flexible and start certain days at 10AM ET if needed as they get more comfortable with the role. Some not all days can go as late as 7PM ET or later (typically 1-2 days/week) as we tend to be busiest late in the afternoon/early evening.

Top Skills
1. At least 1-2yrs corporate experience preferably in a financial services institution
2. Proficiency with MS Word Excel and Adobe PDF
3. Good communication and organization skills the candidate will be part of a team of three and will need to coordinate tasks with others on a daily basis
4. Paralegal experience is a plus

Prepare and review exam materials for production including but not limited to: reformatting documents drafting response letters BATES stamping
Update and maintain exam tracking logs and exam folders;
Quality Assurance (QA) check of documents prior to production;
Maintain metrics related to exams;
Conduct searches of tracking logs for similar historic requests and findings;
Facilitate sharing of exam-related documents via Teams and Intralinks
Familiarity proficiency with Microsoft Teams Word Excel PowerPoint and Adobe Pro
