Were seeking a motivated team member who thrives on independence takes pride in their work and plays a key role in delivering top-tier customer service.

What Youll Do

• Drive a company-branded MR or HR truck to deliver and collect secure destruction bins and materials.
• Service a diverse client base across various industries including handling e-waste archive boxes textiles and pallets.
• Safely manage bins weighing up to 100kg an ideal role for someone who enjoys physical work.
• Use a PDA device to accurately record collections and service tasks.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness and cleanliness.
• Represent Shred-X professionally on-site ensuring top-tier customer interaction.
• Follow all company policies WHS standards chain of responsibility and client-specific procedures.

What You Bring

• A valid Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) truck license with a clean driving history.
• Previous experience in a physical driving role (e.g. freight or removalist-style work).
• Safe manual handling skills and physical fitness.
• Reliable punctual and a strong team player.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable with using handheld devices (PDA or similar tech).
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
