Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Personal Vacation Planner to join our remote this role youll work one-on-one with clients to design and book their perfect getaways whether its a tropical retreat a family road trip a romantic escape or a bucket-list adventure. Your goal is to take the stress out of planning and create smooth unforgettable vacation experiences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultations: Meet virtually with clients to discuss their vacation preferences needs budget and expectations.
Custom Vacation Planning: Design tailored vacation packages including flights accommodations transportation and activities that align with each clients vision.
Booking & Coordination: Reserve all travel components using supplier platforms and ensure accuracy across all reservations.
Vacation Support: Be available to support clients before and during their trips assisting with any questions changes or issues that may arise.
Enhance the Experience: Recommend upgrades excursions travel insurance and destination tips to make each trip extra special.
Follow Up: Check in with clients post-travel to gather feedback encourage reviews and promote future bookings.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with travel trends supplier offerings and destination news to offer the most current advice and opportunities.
Recordkeeping: Maintain organized documentation for client bookings payments and preferences.
Qualifications:

Experience in customer service sales or travel planning is helpful but not required.

Detail-oriented with a love for planning and organization.
