Were looking for a motivated and capable Town Planner with 28 years of experience to join a friendly and supportive planning team working across Kent and East Sussex. Our work is predominantly in rural areas supporting landowners farmers and rural businesses with a wide range of planning applications and development proposals.
Youll be involved in preparing and submitting planning applications appeals appraisals and strategic advice often in the context of agricultural and countryside-related development. This is a role that blends technical planning expertise with a practical solutions-focused approach.
What were looking for:
- 2 to 8 years experience in town planning (private or public sector)
- Ideally with LPA (local planning authority) experience
- MRTPI status or on the pathway to achieving it
- A completed RTPI-accredited Masters (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (site visits are essential)
- A genuine interest in rural planning and supporting farming communities
