As an Executive Secretary I within the Division of Criminal Investigation under direction Assists in the implementation of new programs. Serves as the Zone 1 computer coordinator which includes LEADS and LMS. Receives and directs the flow of incoming FOIA Requests tracks the progress and disseminates the Zones responses. Assists with timekeeping for all Zone 1 sworn personnel to include overtime tracking. Exercises knowledge of investigative procedures to answer correspondence from other factions of the ISP other departments states attorneys etc. Assists with the Zones collection and compilation of violent crime reporting statistics. Completes promotional paperwork to include memorandums OARs and required checks. Assists with the Zone 1 Cost Center tracking and reporting. Establishes submission deadlines and conducts pre-investigative inquiries; receives visitors; answers phones relays messages and represents the Zone through routine oral and written correspondence with other government officials business and the general public.
