What You Will Get To Do:
The Super Administration Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the administrative team ensuring efficient and effective administrative support across the organisation. This role involves leading a team of administrative professionals managing workflows and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and service quality.
Team Leadership:Supervise mentor and motivate the administrative team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Workflow Management:Coordinate and manage administrative workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain quality standards for administrative processes and services.
Training and Development:Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members.
Resource Allocation:Allocate resources effectively to meet the demands of various departments and projects.
Problem Solving:Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise within the administrative team.
Communication:Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports on team performance productivity and areas for improvement.
Policy Implementation:Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelors degree in business administration Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader position.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
