As Team Leader Civil Maintenance youll be at the forefront of maintaining our roadsides drainage systems and bridges but your greatest impact will be on the people you lead. You will make an impact by

• Leading and mentoring a skilled civil maintenance team to deliver high-quality services.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation including the Road Management Act and OH&S standards.
• Managing budgets and resources to maximise efficiency and value for money.
• Overseeing inspections and maintenance of roadsides drainage systems and bridges.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to solve infrastructure challenges.

• Leading with confidence and clarity mentor and motivate a skilled civil maintenance team fostering a culture of safety respect and continuous improvement.
• Driving operational excellence oversee inspections maintenance and compliance with key legislation including the Road Management Act and OH&S standards.
• Managing resources wisely balance budgets allocate resources and ensure value for money across all projects.
• Collaborating for impact work closely with internal teams contractors and community stakeholders to solve infrastructure challenges.
