About your role
As aHousekeeping Team Leader youll provide efficient management and operations of the cleaning and laundry operations ensuring a safe high-quality cleaning and laundry service to residents and guests in compliance with legislative requirements and ASNZS Standards for Laundry and Cleaning Practices. This role is Full-time 76 hours a fortnight.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
- Manage all compliance aspects of cleaning and laundry services
- Provide leadership and supervision of the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping team
- Responsible for managing and working within budgets for cleaning laundry and labour costs ensuring budgeted hours are achieved
- Manage the ordering delivery stock control and storage processes for housekeeping services
- Communicate regularly with residents and committees to ensure the housekeeping services meet their needs and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve operational processes and practices
- Lead and manage Bolton Clarkes Occupational Health Safety and Environmental (OHS&E) goals

What do we need from you
- Qualifications:Certificate IV Level Qualification in Hospitality or possess the knowledge skills and experience deemed to be the equivalent by Bolton Clarke
- Demonstrated experience in commercial housekeeping
- Experience in organisation and management ability
- Substantial communications skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Evidence of Australian work rights
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
- 2025 Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
