Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating leads identifying new business opportunities building relationships with clients and driving sales for residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The role focuses on expanding the companys customer base enhancing brand visibility and supporting overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits tele-calling networking digital platforms and referrals
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients (investors home buyers corporates etc.)
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information about available projects
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert inquiries into sales
Sales
- Prepare and present proposals quotations and agreements
- Negotiate and close deals with potential buyers
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends competitor activity pricing and customer preferences
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve campaigns and promotional strategies
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with pre-sales post-sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports to management
- Update client data and interactions in CRM software
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in any stream
- 13 years of experience in business development/sales preferably in the real estate sector
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and digital communication
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an added advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

- Fluency in English and the local language

- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
- Prior experience in handling luxury or premium real estate projects (optional)
