Job Description
Location: Winston-Salem NC Employment Type: Full-Time
Are you a detail-driven communicator with a knack for numbers and collaboration Join the Modern Automotive Network as a Marketing Assistanta pivotal member of our Marketing team who also works closely with Accounting to keep budgets sharp and partnerships thriving.
What Youll Do
As the Marketing Assistant youll manage OEM co-op programs and marketing budgets across our network of retail stores. Your organization skills and spreadsheet savvy will help keep marketing strategies compliant cost-effective and well-documented.
Budget Management
Track and report budgets monthly quarterly and annually
Actualize and monitor invoices alongside our Finance team
Liaise with external partners on billing and dispute resolutions
Support retail locations with budget questions and concerns
Document and track all budget changes as needed
OEM Co-Op Programs
Submit and manage co-op advertising claims
Monitor co-op spending to ensure compliance with OEM agreements
Forecast monthly co-op budgets to help drive advertising strategy
What You Bring
Were looking for a hands-on team player who thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Able to navigate OEM software platforms for co-op tracking
Degree in Business Administration preferred (or equivalent experience)
Automotive industry experience a plus
