What Youll Do:
As a DJ Instructor youll be the architect of musical journeys guiding students through the exciting world of DJing. Your mission will be to:
- Master the Mix: Lead electrifying one-on-one and small group lessons diving deep into Serato DJ software beat matching seamless mixing techniques and expert music selection.
- Spark Creativity: Inspire students to unearth their signature DJ style encouraging them to explore diverse genres and truly make the music their own.
- Fuel Progress: Track student development with keen insight offering constructive feedback and adapting your approach to unlock the full potential of each learner.
- Ignite Engagement: Cultivate a positive high-energy atmosphere that keeps students buzzing with excitement about every lesson.
- Rock the Stage: Prepare and coach your students for thrilling in-studio showcases and community performance events helping them shine in the spotlight.
- Collaborate and Elevate: Team up with fellow instructors and staff sharing best practices and contributing to a consistently exceptional music education program.
- Connect and Communicate: Maintain clear and timely communication with students and their guardians ensuring everyone is aligned on progress goals and scheduling.

Who You Are:
- Youre an expert with Serato DJ software and comfortable with basic audio equipment setup.
- You possess a Bachelors degree in Music Audio Production or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience that demonstrates your mastery).
- Your communication and interpersonal skills are top-notch allowing you to connect with students of all ages and backgrounds.
- You have a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring aspiring artists and a deep love for sharing the rich culture of DJing.
