Job Summary:
The eServices Management Analyst 2 will conduct analyses of Taxpayer Services eServices programs services policies procedures and processes to identify and eliminate non-value-added process steps to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency. The analyst will engage with internal and external customers to provide support and with vendors to assist with routine to moderately complex inquiries compile regular reports and may perform complex and/or specialized management studies.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze Taxpayer Services eServices programs services policies procedures and processes.
- Identify and eliminate non-value-added process steps.
- Improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Engage with internal and external customers to provide support.
- Assist vendors with routine to moderately complex inquiries.
- Compile regular reports.
- May perform complex and/or specialized management studies.
- Participate in overall continuous improvement efforts for the division.

- 1-2 years of management analysis experience.
