Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the NBFC MFI and credit lending space focusing on promoting and selling Credit Linked insurance including Life and General.
Maintain a strong lead pipeline while deepening relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Build manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve acquisition and revenue targets while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Manage client accounts end-to-end ensuring seamless onboarding and delivery of Insurance products while driving profitability through mutually beneficial vision-aligned deals.
Collaborate across departments including Sales Product Tech Digital Marketing Legal Finance and Operations to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines enabling high- quality outcomes within budgets.
Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities in the Group Credit Life and Credit Protect insurance segment. Leverage data and analytics to shape strategies measure success and enhance decision-making.
Own the P&L performance of client accounts focusing on topline growth margin optimization and renewals to ensure sustainable profitability and client satisfaction.
