STRATEGIC PLANNING
Formulate and execute a comprehensive regional business strategy that integrates sales distribution new business development and marketing.
Ensure alignment with the national strategy and goals while tailoring strategies to address the regional market dynamics.
Leverage data to identify trends and opportunities providing actionable insights and strategies to guide field sales distribution business development and marketing teams.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales productivity and effectiveness
Ensure data driven decisions that drive regional growth.
ENSURE DISTRIBUTION EXCELLENCE
Oversee the implementation of the national distribution strategy.
Maximize teams effectiveness through the oversight and development of distribution team to increase skills knowledge and the ability to increase business plan objectives.
Drive the planning coordination and implementation of distribution operational processes. Support the distribution team to ensure regular sales planning review meetings effectively engage distribution partners and align efforts with our KPIs for consistent and targeted growth.
DRIVE SALES PERFORMANCE
Create and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve established expectations while analyzing results and adjusting focus to meet objectives established during our annual business plan.
Oversee the execution of sales plans manage the sales pipeline and identify growth opportunities within existing market.
Leverage marketing initiatives to support sales objectives and enhance brand awareness in the marketplace.
Ensure full Key Account Sales Pipeline accountability within region to drive incremental sales through successful navigation of the Key Account sales cycle for both commercial and non-commercial opportunities.
Support negotiations with key customers and partners to secure deals that maximize profitability. Ensure all agreements are aligned with commercial objectives to drive sustainable business growth.
Drive partnership and alignment with On Premise Key Account department to deliver objectives with alignment with the HQ Regional Key Account Directors
OVERSIGHT OF MARKETING
Oversee trade marketing initiatives by identifying point of sale needs (POS) ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources to maximize brand awareness.
Develop and implement consumer and industry marketing plan ensuring strong alignment with regional and field based marketing teams.
Partner with national festival and events team to align and execute upon the national strategy.
Ensure brand standards are implemented
LEADERSHIP COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT
Build develop and lead a diverse high performing team
Create a culture of excellence in the team fostering collaboration and partnership
Ensure career development for the On Premise team
Spend adequate time with team in the office and field to implement Red Bull standards
CROSS FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
Operate as an integral part of the On Premise leadership team. Make balanced and valued contributions to help evolve the health and success of the On Premise business and teams.
Drive partnership and alignment with local headquarters on initiatives and tactics and share best practices with pride.
Communicate align and execute associated cross functional team objectives within your region and across Red Bull North America.
Work with region and field marketing to maximize the reach and impact of occasion-based marketing.
PERFORMANCE GOALS
Manage On Premise teams to build and execute the right plan achieve all annual KPI targets and consistently monitor all On Premise performance (volume distribution execution consumer/industry marketing initiatives festival activations)
Provide timely On Premise reports and market updates to region and HQ leadership teams
Maintain strong relationships with top Distribution Partner management and top On Premise accounts within the region to ensure best-in-class execution.
Lead the operationalization of key initiatives working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams such as Head of On Premise Regions to maximize impact and ensure consistent delivery of objectives by Regional Field Sales teams
Collaborate closely with HQ KA team to ensure the execution of corporate mandates and alignment of strategic initiatives.
Partner with RAMs maximizing wiring to develop and implement regional strategies enhancing performance and effectiveness in managing key accounts.
Provide direct leadership and strategic guidance to FKAMs to drive new business acquisition and expand points of distribution ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and maximizing market impact.
Manage budgets effectively: Oversee the allocation of financial resources to ensure maximum return on investment optimizing spend across all on-premise channels and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 10 years-experience in CPG sales; Beverage experience preferred
Experience in regional national accounts or distribution management is preferred
Proven ability to build strong mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders
Strong negotiator and influencer leveraging analytics to achieve desired outcomes
Self-motivated self-directed flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Strategic thinker and passionate for achieving long-term success via hands on solutions oriented approach
Outstanding analytical proficiency; fluent in a wide range of data tools (e.g. Nielsen CPM Excel)
Strong communication skills highly organized and manages timelines and objectives effectively; strong presentation and facilitation abilities
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Must be fluent in English additional language skills an advantage
Additional Information :
This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $187840 - $281760 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
