They are into into IT consulting and IT Services /support hardware/software/networking Acer service centre.

Job Requirement:

Exp. 4 to 8 years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle applications within a project environment collaborating with clients and providing expert guidance on project management methodologies.

This company is 6 days working Alter. Saturday off

Transport facility available from Annand and have canteen facility also.

Qualification: B.E. (IT / CS)/ BCA / relevant field

Job Description:

• Project Implementation and Configuration:

Implementing and configuring Oracle applications and modules such as Project Costing Project Billing Project Accounting Project Contract Project Manufacturing and Project Management Modules within a project lifecycle.

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborating with clients to understand business requirements mapping them to Oracle functionality and documenting those requirements.

• Solution Design:

Designing Oracle solutions that meet business needs including identifying potential gaps in standard functionality and proposing customizations or extensions.

• Documentation and Training:

Developing and delivering project documentation including requirements traceability matrices business process designs and user manuals. Conducting system training for end-users.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:

Creating and executing test cases managing test plans and ensuring the quality of deliverables.

• Client Communication and Management:

Maintaining strong communication with clients managing expectations and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:

Addressing technical issues troubleshooting problems and providing support to end-users.

• Process Improvement:

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and technological innovation within the Oracle environment.

• Mentoring and Training:

Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Oracle Expertise:

Deep knowledge of Oracle products including EBS Project Costing Project Billing Project Contract Project Manufacturing and Project Management Modules.

Project Management Methodologies:

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and their application within an Oracle environment.

• Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:

Strong ability to analyze business processes gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication interpersonal and client management skills.

• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve technical issues analyze data and propose effective solutions.

• Technical Proficiency:

Can co-ordinate with Technical Team for SQL Oracle Applications and related technologies-based development projects.

• Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of specific industries and their application of Oracle solutions (e.g. construction manufacturing finance).
