The Role
The Project Manager Rectifications is responsible for delivering complex rectification projects. Work resulting from third party defect reports on common areas or apartments within the DLP and Structural defect periods ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and driving timely high quality outcomes
As the Project Manager Rectifications your main areas of responsibility will include.
- Lead end-to-end management of rectification projects from scoping and planning through to execution and close-out.
- Develop and implement project strategy and maintain detailed project plans timelines budgets and risk registers.
- Oversee and optimise the commercial performance of projects ensuring budgets are met and commercial risks are mitigated.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant legislation industry standards and internal policies including HSE and Quality requirements.
- Provide regular and high-quality project reporting and insights to senior management including progress updates risks and recommendations.
- Proactively monitor project status and performance identifying and resolving issues risks and scope changes early to maintain momentum and quality.
- Anticipate and address emerging challenges to maintain momentum and minimise delays.
About You
As the Project Manager Rectifications you will have;
- Demonstrated experience (3 Years) in in a similar role within the construction industry with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong core project management skills safety quality budget planning.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies materials compliance requirements and site operations.
- Experience across commercial high-rise and residential construction projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to identify issues early conduct root cause analysis and implement practical and effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and capable of adjusting plans and strategies in response to evolving challenges.
- Bachelors Degree in of Construction Management Urban Design or equivalent.
- A willingness to travel to sites across Brisbane the Gold Coast and Sunshine coast as required
- Construction White Card.
- A current and valid Australian Drivers License.

There is a highly attractive package of up to $150k Super Vehicle/Vehicle Allowance Phone Allowance. Salary agreed will be based on level of experience.
